Q: What plans do you offer?
We offer both subscriptions and one-time AI Credit packs. Subscription plans include Free, Starter, Plus, and Pro, with Monthly and Yearly billing options. We also provide one-time packs: $15 for 500 AI Credits and $36 for 3,000 AI Credits, both valid for 30 days.
Q: How are AI Credits consumed?
AI Credits are unified across generation and conversion. Each successful AI generation or AI vectorization conversion consumes 50 AI Credits.
Q: What is the refund policy?
Our product provides immediate digital services. Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. For full details, please see our Refund Policy. If you believe you have special circumstances, please contact central-office@furthermoon.com with your explanation and request. Our team usually responds within three business days.
Q: Can I convert AI-generated images (e.g., from Nano Banana or GPT Image 2) into an editable format?
Yes! Our product was designed from the ground up to make AI-generated scientific figures editable, helping students, graduate students, and researchers streamline their figure-editing workflow.
Q: Which software can I use the editable output in?
Any software that supports SVG! For example, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Inkscape, and more.
