Q: What plans do you offer?

We currently offer one-time credit packs with a 30-day validity period, so you can choose flexibly based on your needs: Free ($0) with unlimited Basic Canvas access and a free trial of AI vectorization; Plus ($29.9 for 30 AI vectorization credits); Pro ($39.9 for 50 AI vectorization credits); Max ($100 for 200 AI vectorization credits); and a Mini Pack ($3.99 for 3 AI vectorization credits) if your usage is still light. Each paid pack is valid for 30 days from purchase.

Q: Will you offer subscription plans in the future?

We are considering introducing subscription plans, but we cannot guarantee that we will launch them. If we do introduce subscription plans, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time after subscribing.

Q: What is the refund policy?

Our product provides immediate digital services. Except as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. For full details, please see our Refund Policy. If you believe you have special circumstances, please contact central-office@furthermoon.com with your explanation and request. Our team usually responds within three business days.

Q: Can I convert AI-generated images (e.g., from Nano Banana or GPT Image 2) into an editable format?

Yes! Our product was designed from the ground up to make AI-generated scientific figures editable, helping students, graduate students, and researchers streamline their figure-editing workflow.

Q: Which software can I use the editable output in?

Any software that supports SVG! For example, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Inkscape, and more.
